ReplyRoom AI (“ReplyRoom AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI roleplay chat mobile application. The app allows users to choose AI roles, start roleplay chats, use text or voice input, listen to AI voice replies, participate in supported group conversations, browse public content in Voice Square, and use related roleplay and community features.

Login is optional for browsing and using available guest features. Publishing content to Voice Square requires you to complete a supported login in the app. If you choose to log in, we process the information needed to create, verify, secure, and maintain your account or session.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect or process, how we use it, what information is sent to service providers, how long information is retained, and how users request deletion or export of their data.

By using ReplyRoom AI, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process only the information needed to provide, maintain, protect, analyze, support, manage, and monetize ReplyRoom AI.

1.1 Chat Text and AI Conversation Content

When you use chat features, we process the following information:

For single-role chats, ReplyRoom AI sends only the recent conversation context needed to generate a relevant reply. The app is designed to use up to the most recent 20 messages as context for single-role chat generation.

This information is used to generate AI replies, maintain conversation continuity, and provide roleplay chat features requested by you.

1.2 Voice and Audio Data

When you choose to use a voice feature, the app requests microphone permission before recording voice input. Voice and audio information is collected and processed only after you grant microphone permission and actively use the voice feature.

Voice and audio data includes:

ReplyRoom AI does not record audio in the background. Audio recording starts only after you take an action that uses the microphone feature.

This information is used to provide voice input, generate AI voice replies, play voice responses requested by you, and publish or play voice content in Voice Square when you choose to use those features.

1.3 Optional Login, Account, and Session Information

ReplyRoom AI supports optional login for general app use. Publishing content to Voice Square requires a supported login in the app.

When you use the app as a guest or choose to log in, we process account, authentication, and session-related information such as:

We use this information to create or maintain your session, authenticate you, associate your activity and public posts with the correct account, protect your account, enforce community rules, and provide account-related features.

We do not collect account passwords through ReplyRoom AI.

1.4 Voice Square Public Content and Community Activity

Voice Square allows users to browse public posts. Users who complete a supported login in the app can publish supported public content.

When you publish or interact with content in Voice Square, we process:

Voice Square posts are public. Other users can view, play, and share your published text, images, voice content, nickname, avatar, and related public post information through supported system sharing functions.

We use Voice Square information to publish and display content, provide playback and system sharing, save roles selected from posts, process reports, enforce blocks, protect users, prevent abuse, and remove content that violates applicable rules or policies.

Content published to Voice Square is not used to train, improve, fine-tune, or develop our general AI models or third-party AI models.

1.5 Notification Information

When you enable notifications, ReplyRoom AI processes information needed to deliver notifications through your device.

Notification information includes:

This information is used to:

Notifications are sent only after you grant notification permission or enable notifications through your device settings.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device system settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent you from using other available app features.

1.6 Device, App, Analytics, Diagnostics, Attribution, and Advertising Information

To keep the app reliable, understand product usage, diagnose crashes, improve performance, measure campaign effectiveness, display ads, support public features, and protect the app from abuse, we process device, app, analytics, diagnostics, attribution, and advertising-related information.

This information includes:

ReplyRoom AI uses analytics, diagnostics, attribution, advertising, and notification delivery services to support app analytics, crash diagnostics, performance monitoring, install attribution, campaign measurement, ad delivery, notification delivery, reporting, fraud prevention, and security.

Local data includes:

Local data remains on your device until you remove it through supported app functions, clear app data through your device settings, uninstall the app, or request assistance for data that we can identify and access.

1.8 Network Image Loading and Image Cache

Some role avatars are loaded from public image sources such as Wikimedia Commons or related public media URLs.

When the app loads these images, your device sends a network request to the image host. The image host receives technical request information needed to deliver the image, such as IP address, device request information, and request time, according to the image host’s own privacy practices.

The app stores cached copies of some role avatar images and Voice Square images on your device to improve loading speed and reduce repeated network requests.

1.9 Support, Report, Deletion, and Export Request Information

If you contact us for support, report content, request deletion or export, or submit another request, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

2. Permissions Used by the App

You can allow, deny, enable, disable, or change permissions through your device system settings. If a permission is disabled, features that rely on that permission will not work, but other available app features remain usable.

2.1 Internet Access

ReplyRoom AI requires Internet access to provide AI chat, voice features, AI voice playback, optional login, Voice Square, account or session services, notifications, advertising, content management, and image loading.

When you use features that require an Internet connection, the app uses network access to:

If your device is offline or network access is unavailable, AI chat generation, voice features, Voice Square, online login, online account functions, notifications, advertising, and online image loading will not work properly.

2.2 Microphone Permission

ReplyRoom AI requests microphone permission only when you choose to use voice input or record voice content.

We use microphone access to:

You can allow, deny, or revoke microphone permission through your device system settings. If microphone permission is turned off, recording-based voice features will not work. Text chat and browsing features remain usable.

ReplyRoom AI does not record audio in the background.

2.3 Photos and Images Selected by You

When you choose to publish an image to Voice Square, you select the image through the system photo picker, media picker, or another supported selection method.

ReplyRoom AI processes only the image you actively select for upload. We do not scan or upload unrelated images from your device.

You can stop the upload before publishing or remove access through your device settings where the operating system provides that option.

2.4 Notification Permission

ReplyRoom AI requests notification permission before sending push notifications where the operating system requires permission.

When you allow notification permission, the app registers a device messaging token and uses it to deliver supported notifications to your device.

Notification permission is used to:

ReplyRoom AI does not use notification permission to access the content of unrelated notifications from other apps.

You can allow, deny, or revoke notification permission through your device system settings. If notification permission is disabled, push notifications will not be delivered. Other available app functions remain usable.
