SchedKick ("SchedKick," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, use, share, store, and protect when you use the App.
SchedKick is a sports schedule assistant app. The App provides match schedules, team pages, standings, match details, favorite teams, match notifications, Ask AI, Fan Studio image generation, Credits, rewarded video ads, Banner ads, and related features.
SchedKick is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any sports league, tournament organizer, team, association, or governing body. Sports information in the App is provided for general information and entertainment.

If you allow AI processing, SchedKick sends the data needed to provide Ask AI to OpenRouter and OpenAI. If you do not allow AI processing, do not use Ask AI.

SchedKick does not use Ask AI prompts, match context, or AI responses for advertising, sale of personal information, sharing with data brokers, or training SchedKick's own general-purpose AI models.
AI-generated content is provided for information and entertainment only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, legal advice, or other professional advice. Match times, scores, standings, and results should be checked against reliable sports data sources.
Before you use Fan Studio, the App displays an AI image processing notice. The notice explains that the photo you choose and related image generation information are sent to Grok for processing. You choose whether to allow this processing.
If you allow AI image processing, SchedKick sends the data needed to provide Fan Studio to Grok. If you do not allow AI image processing, do not use Fan Studio.
When you use Fan Studio, we collect:
SchedKick processes only the photo you choose. SchedKick does not scan, collect, or upload your entire photo library.
Generated images are saved to your photo library only when you choose to save them.
When the photo you select contains a face, SchedKick and Grok process visible image characteristics needed to generate the image you request.
This includes face position, face direction, facial expression, hairstyle, pose, visible clothing, image composition, lighting, angle, layout, and related visual information.
This processing is used only to generate and display the fan-themed image, support save and regenerate actions, troubleshoot failures, and maintain Fan Studio safety and reliability.
SchedKick does not use this data for facial recognition. SchedKick does not verify identity from a face. SchedKick does not match faces to real-world identities. SchedKick does not create, store, or use biometric identifiers, faceprints, facial recognition templates, or facial embeddings.
SchedKick does not use uploaded photos or generated images to train SchedKick's own general-purpose AI models.
SchedKick uses Credits to support Fan Studio image generation and related App features.

SchedKick uses OpenRouter and OpenAI to provide Ask AI. SchedKick uses Grok to provide Fan Studio image generation and image editing.
When you actively use Ask AI, SchedKick sends your question, relevant match context, team context, schedule context, standings context, and technical request information to OpenRouter and OpenAI. This data is used to route the AI request, generate AI responses, answer match-related questions, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the safety and reliability of Ask AI.
When you actively use Fan Studio, SchedKick sends the photo you choose, template ID, selected team content, fan style, image generation parameters, image editing request information, and technical request information to Grok. This data is used to generate or edit the fan-themed image you request, apply the selected template or style, display the generated result, support save and regenerate actions, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the safety and reliability of Fan Studio.
SchedKick sends only the content needed to complete your request. SchedKick does not send Ask AI prompts, AI responses, uploaded photos, or generated images to AI service providers for advertising, sale of personal information, sharing with data brokers, or training SchedKick's own general-purpose AI models.
SchedKick uses reliable sports data sources to provide match schedules, scores, standings, team information, match details, and related sports content.
Reliable sports data sources refer to data providers, licensed data vendors, public sports information sources, and other sports content sources that SchedKick uses to display sports information in the App.
When SchedKick requests sports content, the data processed includes match request information, team request information, competition request information, schedule request information, standings request information, and technical request information needed to load sports content.
This data is used to display match schedules, scores, standings, team pages, match details, and related sports content inside the App.
SchedKick does not send uploaded photos, Ask AI prompts, AI responses, generated images, face-related image processing data, or full favorite team lists to sports data sources.
SchedKick uses TopOn to display, measure, limit, and optimize rewarded video ads and Banner ads.
TopOn acts as an advertising mediation service and connects the App with advertising networks, demand partners, ad exchanges, and advertising SDK service providers.
Advertising partners process advertising-related data for ad delivery, measurement, reporting, reward verification, fraud prevention, security, and technical support.
Advertising partners process data such as advertising identifiers, device information, App information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad request data, ad impression data, ad click data, rewarded video ad completion data, Banner ad display data, ad placement data, campaign data, diagnostic data, and performance data.
For user data shared with advertising partners or advertising SDK service providers, we require processing only for authorized advertising, measurement, reward verification, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and technical purposes. We require privacy and security protections consistent with this Privacy Policy, legal requirements, Apple App Store requirements, and Google Play requirements.
On iOS, SchedKick requests App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you do not allow tracking, SchedKick does not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
On Android, you can manage or reset your advertising ID through your device settings.

SchedKick accesses only the photo you choose for Fan Studio. SchedKick does not scan, collect, or upload your entire photo library.
SchedKick requests permission before saving generated images to your photo library when the system requires permission. If you deny or turn off this permission, saving generated images to your photo library will not work, but other available features still work.
SchedKick requests permission before sending push notifications. If you deny or turn off notification permission, SchedKick does not send push notifications.
SchedKick uses App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS before tracking activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
If you allow tracking, SchedKick and advertising partners use permitted tracking-related information for advertising, ad measurement, install attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and performance measurement.
If you do not allow tracking, SchedKick does not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
Network access is required to load sports data, use Ask AI, use Fan Studio, load rewarded video ads and Banner ads, verify rewarded video ads, manage Credits, load the Privacy Policy, perform diagnostics, and maintain service reliability.

SchedKick uses rewarded video ads and Banner ads.
Banner ads are displayed in selected areas of the App.
SchedKick and TopOn process advertising-related data to display ads, measure ad performance, verify rewarded video ad completion, grant Credits after eligible completion, prevent invalid traffic, troubleshoot ad issues, and maintain advertising compliance.
SchedKick does not sell personal information. SchedKick does not share personal information with data brokers. SchedKick does not use uploaded photos, generated images, Ask AI prompts, AI responses, face-related image processing data, full favorite team lists, or private saved match information for advertising targeting.
SchedKick keeps information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
After the retention period ends, data is deleted or de-identified, unless legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, App Store compliance, advertising compliance, or enforcement of terms requires further retention.
SchedKick does not store face-related processing data as separate biometric data. SchedKick does not keep biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, faceprints, or facial embeddings.

If you are signed in, you can request deletion of your account and account-related personal data through the account deletion request entry provided in the App or by contacting us by email.
After receiving your deletion request, we verify your identity, account ownership, or the information needed to process the request. After verification is completed, we delete or de-identify applicable personal information within 30 days, unless continued retention is required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, App Store compliance, advertising compliance, or enforcement of our terms.
After account deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to access account-related features, saved preferences, favorite teams, saved matches, notification settings, Credits balance, Credits history, and other account-related content.
You can also delete local data by uninstalling the App or using available App or device settings.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 must not use AI features, upload photos, watch rewarded video ads, or submit personal information through SchedKick.
