• Provide and improve the Service, including AI image generation.
• Analyze usage and improve features.

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

• Google: when you use Google Sign-In, the authentication process involves Google Sign-In related services;
• Firebase: the current version integrates Firebase Core, Firebase Auth, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase App Installations for authentication support, basic analytics, installation identifiers, and crash monitoring;
• Cloud storage and content delivery services: when you upload images or access generated result images, related files may be transmitted and accessed through object storage or CDN services;
• Authorities required by laws and regulations: where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or valid legal procedures, we may disclose necessary information in accordance with the law.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded images: stored temporarily as needed to provide the Service.
• Generated content: stored until the user chooses to delete it.
• Other personal data: retained as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal requirements; retention periods may vary depending on data type and collection context.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Payments & Advertising

• Payments: Hotshot AI currently does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. All features are free to use. We may introduce paid features in future updates. If so, payments will be processed via third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and limited transaction data may be received.
• Advertising: Hotshot AI does not currently display ads. We may introduce ads in the future. If enabled, third-party ad networks may collect device identifiers, usage data, and similar information to serve and measure ads.
• We do not intentionally share PII with advertisers unless required by law.
• Third-party services handle data under their own privacy policies.
• We will update this policy when features change.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app messages or other reasonable means.
