This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when you use Hotshot AI (the “App”). It also explains your rights and choices regarding your information.
By using the App, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Hotshot AI allows you to select an image-generation template, choose an image from your device, and upload the selected image to generate a new image based on the selected template.
Uploaded images can contain faces or other identifiable visual information. The App processes the selected image only to generate the image requested by you.
Hotshot AI does not use uploaded images to identify individuals, authenticate identities, perform facial recognition, create facial recognition profiles, or generate biometric identifiers. Uploaded images are not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
The App accesses only the images you select. It does not scan or upload your entire photo library.
We process information about the template you select and the image you upload to generate the requested result.
Generated images are processed and stored so they can be delivered, displayed, saved, or managed by you.
Creating an account is optional. You can use basic App features without creating an account.

When you make a purchase, Google Play processes the payment. We do not collect or store your complete credit card number, bank account information, billing address, or Google Play payment credentials.

When you select a template, upload an image, and request image generation, the selected template information, uploaded image, generation instructions, and technical information required to complete the request are transmitted to the AI service provider selected for that request.
These providers process the submitted information only to generate the image requested by you. The information is not transmitted to AI providers for advertising purposes.
Hotshot AI does not use your uploaded images, template selections, or generated images to train its own general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Do not upload images that you do not have the right or authorization to use or process.
We use Firebase and Tenjin for App operation, analytics, diagnostics, installation attribution, and advertising campaign measurement.
Depending on the services enabled in the App, Firebase and Tenjin process information including:
Firebase supports authentication, analytics, crash reporting, installation management, and other operational functions.
Tenjin measures installation sources, advertising campaign performance, and attribution results. Attribution information is also used to detect invalid or fraudulent activity.
Hotshot AI displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
Rewarded ads are optional advertisements that users choose to watch in exchange for an in-App benefit, such as image-generation credits.
The App grants the stated reward after receiving confirmation that the qualifying advertising event has been completed.
Native ads are advertisements displayed within the App’s interface using a format designed to fit the surrounding layout. Native advertisements are labeled or otherwise distinguishable as advertising.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
The price, currency, billing period, taxes, free-trial terms, introductory offer, and other purchase conditions displayed on the Google Play purchase screen apply to the transaction. Review this information before confirming a purchase.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew for the billing period displayed on the Google Play purchase screen unless they are canceled before the renewal is processed.
Google Play charges the payment method associated with your Google Play account. Hotshot AI does not directly charge your payment method.
Subscription prices can change only in accordance with Google Play requirements. Google Play provides the applicable notice or requests confirmation when required before a price change takes effect.
When a free trial or introductory offer is available, its eligibility requirements, duration, and post-offer subscription price are displayed before purchase.
Unless canceled before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid subscription displayed on the Google Play purchase screen.
Eligibility for free trials and introductory offers is determined through Google Play and the applicable subscription configuration.
You can cancel a subscription through the subscription management section of your Google Play account.
Uninstalling Hotshot AI, signing out, clearing App data, or deleting your Hotshot AI account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
After cancellation, access to subscription features continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless Google Play states otherwise. No additional renewal charge is made after the cancellation becomes effective.
Purchases and subscription refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund rules and applicable law.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already processed. Refund eligibility is determined through the applicable Google Play refund process.
The App uses verified Google Play purchase information to restore eligible purchases and subscription access associated with the Google Play account used for the original transaction.
We share information only as required for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Service providers receive only the information required to perform the applicable service.
We do not sell personal information, uploaded images, facial information, template selections, or generated images.
We retain information according to the purpose for which it was collected.
Images you choose to upload are retained only while needed to generate the requested image, deliver the result, maintain service reliability, resolve generation errors, and protect the service from fraud or abuse.
Uploaded images are removed from active processing systems when they are no longer required for these purposes.
Hotshot AI does not retain facial templates, facial recognition profiles, or biometric identifiers because the App does not create them.
Generated images are retained while they remain associated with your App history or account. You can delete available generated images through the App.
Deleting a generated image removes it from active user-facing systems. Limited backup copies remain protected until they are overwritten through the normal backup lifecycle.
Account information is retained while your account remains active.
When an account deletion request is completed, account information and generated images associated with that account are deleted or de-identified, except for information retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or legal compliance.

Deleting a Hotshot AI account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. The subscription must be canceled separately through Google Play.
Analytics, attribution, crash, and security information is retained for service analysis, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.
When this information is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted or aggregated so that it is no longer associated with an identifiable user or device.

After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify the account information and generated images associated with the account, except for information retained for the limited purposes described in Section 8.
Deleting an account is not the same as signing out, clearing App data, uninstalling the App, or canceling a Google Play subscription.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.
These safeguards include encrypted transmission, access controls, service monitoring, restricted administrative access, and security reviews of service providers.
No data transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If we identify a security incident that requires user notification, we provide notice as required by applicable law.
Hotshot AI is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent to data processing. If we learn that such information has been collected, we delete it.
A parent or legal guardian can contact us to request deletion of information submitted by a child.
Information is processed in countries where our service providers operate. These countries can have data protection laws different from those in your location.
Where required, legally recognized safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.
We update this Privacy Policy when App features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change.
The updated version is published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes are communicated through the App or another appropriate notice before they take effect when required by law.
